Plan your run day by day, filling in specific days where you have an exact goal (eg. a long run). Let the rest of the week sort itself out!


How to use?

Set your weekly distance goal and then edit the values for each day.

  • Dynamic / unlocked days ↕ - These will adapt average the remaining distances between them.
  • Locked / fixed days 🔒 - These remain at the value you set them at. Changing a day's value will always lock it.

By default days will auto level the remaining distance equally between unlocked days.

e.g. 70 km per week = 10km per day. However if you set 2 days to 20km the remaining 5 unlocked days will level to 6km per day.
